Waiver of Jury Trial

You expressly waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of ProHouseUpgrade.

Statute of Limitations

Any legal claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or use of ProHouseUpgrade must be initiated within one (1) year of the date the cause of action accrues. After that period, such claims are permanently barred.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions do not establish any partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and the Company.
